It has been a long pre season not just for the players but, a Lalor Football Club as a whole.
Finally, we can say that round 1 is only 3 weeks away with certainty and a full group of committed players.
The feeling at Sydney Cres. is buzzing and the BLOODS new era can’t wait to get it all underway and start putting the pieces in place for a successful season.
This Saturday the 24th, we will be taking part in a “TRI-SERIES” practice match event that will be a 12 quarter day with 3 teams competing all at our home ground.
Kick off at 9:15, St Marys and Warryndyte u19’s face off for the first 3 quarters of the day.
After that It will be Lalor vs Warryndyte for 3 quarters, followed by Lalor vs St Marys and finishing the day with a St Marys vs Warryndyte clash.
We would like to thank Warryndyte and St Marys in advance for taking part in this custom designed format and it will add a new level of excitement watching it all unfold!
With a number of new recruits and the season just in front of us, this Saturday will be another step towards this amazing re-build of the MIGHTY BLOODS and we are anticipating a huge crowd to see the boys in action.
