Lalor Football Club will be committed to securing a women’s division in 2018 as the club strives to enter a new Bloods era.
Not only do we want to be a part of the fastest growing sport in Australia, it’s our agenda to have a place for women’s sport at Sydney Cresent way into the future. Inclusion and responsibility towards all involved within our proud club will be the cornerstone of the next 24 months.
David Angwin a.k.a TINMAN has been appointed Coach for season 2018 and with experience in the youth girls coaching department, the future is looking positive for the new chapter to begin. David will be taking expressions of interest as of Wednesday evening the 6th of Decemebr.
Lalor Primary School is also looking to partner with the club via the NFNL and their regional development co-ordinator. This may see us link youth girls with senior footy and potentially other junior clubs that have a female divisions within their clubs.
It is exciting times for this new page of the Bloods but, we still need to fill some vital roles off-field in the absence of some key positions secured.
